- Toyota Hilux, KUN16, 2WD, KUN26, 4WD, fitted with the 1KDFTV 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel D4D engine, built from 02/2005 to 03/2015 runout.
- Toyota Landcruiser Prado 120, 150 Series, KDJ120, KDJ150, fitted with the 1KDFTV 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel D4D engine, built from 08/2006 to 08/2015 only.
- Toyota HiAce, KDH200, KDH201, KDH220, KDH221, KDH222, KDH223, fitted with the 1KDFTV 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, built from 01/2005 to 01/2019 only.
- NOTE: This gasket fits between the intake manifold and the cylinder head.
